John Gogulski is pictured with his bride Stephania Kuchinski on May 10, 1915, after their wedding in Sacred Heart Church. John had emigrated individually from Poland to Suffield in 1909 at age 19. Stephania did the same at age 15 or 16, and they met here. Through separate children, they became the grandparents of Jim Turek and Theresa Arciszewski, who both played a role in providing this portrait.
