Stay fit this fall and participate in a variety of active programs for all ages and levels.

Teach your pre-school age children early on, the importance of living a healthy lifestyle and have them join mom, dad or caregiver in a family fitness class. This class will introduce young children (and the adult) about balance, flexibility and developing gross motor skills. This class begins October 16.

Make your lunch time count and get out and walk. The Lunchtime Walkers program is free and a great way to break up a busy day, while burning calories and enjoying a beautiful fall day. This program begins on October 10. Another lunch time option is yoga. De-stress your day and learn to practice yoga. This class begins on October 11. For those who may want a more active lunch time work out, try the Lean at Lunchtime program focusing on toning, and building lean muscle, starting on October 16.

Boxilates is an evening option for those who are looking for a combination of kickboxing and mat pilates. Class begins on October 19.
