The Suffield Garden Club will hold a monthly meeting on Monday, November 6, at 11:45 a.m. at the Second Baptist Church, Fellowship Hall, 100 North Main Street. Coffee, tea and a light buffet luncheon precedes a business meeting and program. Guest fee is $5 and guests are cordially welcomed up to three visits per year.
Christopher Lucey, a graduate of Paul Smith College of Forestry, will be our guest speaker. He is an ISA and Connecticut Certified Arborist and has more than 20 years of in-the-field arborculture. Chris will be giving a lecture and PowerPoint presentation regarding the health and care of trees and shrubs.
