Road work on Thrall Avenue will include reconstruction of 0.15 miles of the 1.5 mile road, milling and paving of the remaining mile, along with a number of drainage improvements. The road will be closed to traffic during construction with through traffic detoured to Bridge Street.
Depending on weather conditions, final paving may not occur. In any case, all disturbed areas will be paved before the end of the season.
