An Odd Way to Rest?

On a recent Friday afternoon, Assistant Coach Kim Marker and Coach Matt Dobi of the SMS cross-country team stand by as the team “wall sits.” They were resting after twenty runs up and down Bell Hill at Suffield Academy, followed by stretches. Coach Dobi explained that the team does hill runs every Friday, in several locations. He added that the wall sits are beneficial. Must be true, as the team has won both of their two meets so far this season.
