Dog lovers visit with rescue dogs offered in front of the Feather & Bloom shop by Save All Dogs Rescue, a Manchester non-profit. The recent event was held in connection with the shop’s one-year anniversary at the former CVS Plaza.

The owners of Feather & Bloom celebrated one year in business at their location in the former CVS Plaza on Mountain Road. The week-long celebration ended with a dog rescue event in collaboration with Save All Dogs Rescue, a Manchester non-profit.

By day’s end, seven rescue dogs had found their forever homes. The event also featured some of the local artisans who create and sell at Feather & Bloom. Christine MacClintic of Loving Faces was there to showcase her dog portraits and auction off a portrait, with 100% of the proceeds going to Save All Dogs Rescue. Sanders Family Rustic Woodworks showcased their dog dish stands and raffled one off to a lucky winner. Feather & Bloom is home to over 12 local artisans who sell their handcrafted pieces in the shop.
