We are looking for Student Editors of the Month for the September issue of The Suffield Observer.
We are currently recruiting monthly Editors. Being an editor is a perfect way to contribute to the Suffield community and have a meaningful one-time involvement with the production of the paper.
We will be celebrating the 20th anniversary of the Suffield Observer in May. We have located over half of the original volunteers and are seeking your help to contact the following volunteers whose names appeared on the masthead of the very first edition so that they can be included in the celebration.

I am writing to express my concern about a recent letter written by Melissa Mack, First Selectman (FS) regarding the Bridge Street Community Center.
In honor of our town historian and the Observer extraordinaire volunteer, Lester Smith’s 90th birthday, The Suffield Observer will be sponsoring a writing contest.
Do you recall the October 2015 Town referendum vote to approve bonding for (1) road and drainage improvements, (2) renovations and improvements to Suffield Town Hall and (3) renovations and improvements to Bridge Street School for conversion to a town community recreation center?
Suffield Catholic parishioners attending mass the first weekend in May were informed of news from the Archdiocese of Hartford that will greatly affect both St. Joseph and Sacred Heart parishes.
