“Thank You SVAA,” from a Grateful Town

Ten members of the Suffield Volunteer Ambulance Association were pictured in the Observer’s October issue; that was 1976. In forty years the organization and the important services it provides have certainly grown, and 39 members, representing just about the entire staff, showed up for this fortieth anniversary portrait, taken by member John Ryan. As announced in that issue, the SVAA is hosting an anniversary open house at the Zak Ambulance Center on Sunday, November 6.
