Are you frazzled, stressed out and overwhelmed? Do you ever wonder what it felt like to be bored? There are so many pressure points – work, home, school, family, friends, volunteer commitments and no time for YOU! It is a sign of the times and many don’t have one minute to just relax and breathe. Being so wrapped up in life and losing “me” time is not healthy for you or those who rely on you in so many different ways.

Lisa Kucia, certified Life Coach, will facilitate the evening providing tips and tricks to help anyone find breaks and help you find “me” time to clear the cobwebs and treat yourself to some well-deserved freedom! This special event is open to the town.

Although there is not a set charge, there will be collection jars available after the presentation for optional donations. All donations will go to the Pastor’s Discretionary Fund which is used to provide for individuals in the greater Suffield community who come in looking for assistance.

Reservations are required, however, signups will assist with preparing food, beverages and participant materials.

You can sign up by calling the Church Office 860-668-7223; emailing Lisa Kucia [lkucia@cox.net] or signing up in the lobby area at the Church. If you do not sign up beforehand, please attend anyway!
