The law firm currently known as Spellman & Kelly, LLC, located at 133 Mountain Road, is pleased to announce that Attorney Beth Fanous will be joining attorneys Victoria Spellman and David Kelly as a named partner of the firm, which will be known as Spellman, Kelly & Fanous, LLC.

Beth has been an attorney since 2003 and is admitted to practice in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and New York. Her practice focuses on estate planning, including wills and trusts, probate, real estate and business law, including entity formation, acquisition transactional work, and general business counsel. Prior to joining the firm as an associate in 2015, she held the positions of senior attorney at United Technologies’ Carrier world headquarters, in-house counsel for the international corporate headquarters of Habitat for Humanity and associate with the New York office of the law firm Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. Beth graduated from Boston College, magna cum laude, and from Tulane Law School, cum laude, where she served as managing editor of the Tulane Law Review.

She is very enthusiastic about assuming a more involved role within the firm, which has been established in Suffield since 1991. Spellman, Kelly & Fanous, LLC, offers clients legal services in a wide range of practice areas including criminal defense, divorce, family law, elder law/long term care planning, estate and tax planning, probate, real estate and business law.
