Two local swimmers are pictured with their medals at Connecticut’s 28th Nutmeg State Games on August 7 at Central Connecticut State University. Gloria Sutton of Suffield, 18, (left) swam to three Gold Medal victories. Her 100-yard Freestyle was won in 1:00.50; her 100-yard Backstroke in 1:06.30, and her 500-yard Freestyle in 5:41.40. Her Enfield Dolphins teammate, Audrey Lee of Enfield, 15, earned a Gold Medal in the 200 Individual Medley, a Silver Medal in the 50-yard Freestyle, and a Bronze Medal in the 100-yard Freestyle.
