The Friends of Suffield will host an exciting, information-packed panel discussion on March 21 from 7–9 p.m. at the Suffield Senior Center, 145 Bridge Street. If you’re interested in learning about new ways to improve your health and enjoy a higher quality of life, join us for this special event. Guest speakers include:
• Dr. Stacey Munro, a Naturopathic Doctor from Nature’s Helper here in Suffield
• Rachel Ginther, a Dietician from the Abundant Wellness Center in Chicopee, Mass.
• Constance Marcy, a licensed Clinical Dietician with more than 25 years of experience
Dr. Stacey Munro has been treating adults, teenagers, and children for chronic health issues since 2007. She will talk about the Mediterranean diet and blood sugar control.
Dietician Rachel Ginther will speak about detoxification through ionic foot baths, an alternative route to detox, using water, salt and an ion machine. It works by placing your feet in a tub with an ionic machine that will pull toxins through the soles of your feet. Over the last 10 years, Rachel has done thousands of ionic foot baths.
“It’s all about helping people heal, helping people get their balance back,” said Ginther.
Constance Marcy has a BS in Biology and an MS in Clinical Nutrition. She specializes in food sensitivities, detoxification and auto-immune diseases. She will talk about detoxifying your body, natural ways of healing and staying healthy. You’ll learn the importance of detoxification, why we need it and how to get started.
After the presentation, you can enjoy light refreshments and ask questions or talk with the speakers. Grab a friend and join us to start living your best life today!
This event is open to the public and free of charge. Please call Amy LaTeano at 860-712-1240 to RSVP.
