FOFAH’s Spring Nature Kids program is over for now but the children had a great time learning about how plants and animals come to life in early spring. The Nature Kids wore their boots and experienced the beginning of spring on the farm through activities interacting with the new arrivals of plants and animals. Each day had its own theme, led to adventures through the pastures, fields and streams. Some participants had so much fun they enrolled in the Summer Nature Programs.
Our Summer Nature Programs offer children the opportunity to explore the outdoors at Hilltop Farm. Participants will learn about nature, science, and make friendships under the guidance of scientists and teachers. Our Nature Programs promote an understanding and love of nature.
Our Summer Nature Programs include three age groups and run from July 10 through August 4.
The Friends of the Farm at Hilltop is a non-profit organization located in Suffield dedicated to education and learning about nature.
