During March, there were two separate complaints of suspicious vehicles approaching children in the Griffin Road area. We were not positive they were related but the described vehicles were similar: a blue or green SUV possibly a Kia. In one incident the operator was described as a white male, in his 40s, with short black hair, no facial hair. Both incidents took place around 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. The vehicle operator was identified as a newspaper delivery person. No criminal activity was determined.
