Bikes of every make and model are welcome!

Vintage Indians, new Indians, and other beautiful and interesting motorcycles will be on display. Gates open to the public at 11 a.m., and judging will begin at 1 p.m. Plaques will be awarded for Best in Show, Best Custom Bike, Best Touring Bike, Best Restoration, Best Vintage Indian, Best Modern Indian, Most Unusual Bike, Best on 3 Wheels, Oldest Bike and Furthest Distance. Food, vendors, and the experience of being at the gentleman’s farm of Indian Motocycle co-founder George Hendee will round out a day not to be missed. A donation of $10 per bike or per car is suggested. For more information, and to view photos from earlier rallies, visit www.HilltopFarmSuffield.org/rally.

Opportunities for rally sponsors and vendors are still available.

Hilltop Farm is located at 1616 Mapleton Ave., Rt. 159, Suffield, CT. The site of the rally is part of the original 500-acre Hilltop Farm of George Hendee, co-founder of the Indian Motocycle Company in Springfield, Mass. All proceeds will go towards restoring the 20,000 sq. ft. Colonial Revival dairy barn Hendee built in 1914. FOFAH was organized as a nonprofit in 2002 with the mission to preserve the Hilltop farmstead as a resource for educational, agricultural and conservation activities for the Connecticut and Western Massachusetts communities.

The July 22 weekend boasts a second exciting event for Indian Motorcycle fans. Indian Motorcycle Day at the Springfield Museums is Sunday, July 23. The Lyman & Merrie Wood museum is home to the largest collection of Indian cycles and memorabilia in the world. You don’t want to miss their special exhibit Crossing the Country to Cross Barriers: The Van Buren Sister Ride into History.
