This year the Town of Suffield will usher in the holiday season with a new program for the whole family—Holiday Tree Gala. The Suffield Garden Club is initiating this event being held at the Suffield Senior Center Saturday, December 1 to Saturday, December 15.
There will be artificial trees decorated by people in our town: organizations, schools, clubs, churches, businesses, neighborhoods and individuals. The trees will be a combination of regular size and tabletop. They will be available for sale with pick up the last day of the event. The proceeds from the sales will be used to fund Suffield Garden Club scholarships and grants to the community for projects that support the Garden Club mission. Musical programs will be featured, provided by the schools, along with a community carol sing.
