Tuesday, March 5 – Shrove Tuesday Gathering – Join us for a pancake supper, activities and music beginning at 5:30 p.m. Then we will process from the church hall to the sanctuary, where we will begin the season of Lent with scripture, prayer, reflection and ashes. Come share this special and sacred time. All are welcome, especially children.
Wednesday, March 6 – Ash Wednesday – Join us in our Sanctuary for a simple service with scripture, reflection and Ashes at 12 noon. This will be followed by soup and bread lunch in the church hall. Pastor Lisa will then be available in the sanctuary until 6 p.m. for those who wish to receive ashes and spend some quiet time in prayer and reflection.
Tuesdays, March 19, and March 26 – Join us at 6:30 p.m. for a Lenten Evening of Scripture, Silence, Sharing and Song. From the words in the King James Bible to The Message to Contemporary Music, consider how God is speaking to you this Lent.
