This December, Main Street will be bustling with activity as the Suffield Garden Club prepares for a spectacular Holiday House Tour, part of the town’s 350th anniversary celebration. Six beautifully restored historic homes and two museum houses spanning three centuries of Suffield’s history will be showcased.
Expect to see the unexpected. Visitors will see fresh floral designs by club members in the homes, the 350th committee’s Tree Gala and mannequin trees at Phelps-Hatheway House & Barn, and the Suffield Historical Society’s show of vintage hats and pocketbooks at the King House.
The event is Saturday, December 7. Museum houses are open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. The House Tour is 3–7 p.m.
