Suffield is a Safe City

Suffield ranked as one of the safest cities in Connecticut, reveals a recent study.

Security Room (Security-based review, comparison and news site), analyzed FBI rankings of crime rates to find out what the top 50 safest cities are in Connecticut, and what their safety score is.

The analysis found that Suffield (with a population of 15,602) emerged on the list, with an average safety score of 87.45 and a ratio of 0.19 violent crimes per 1,000 citizens. The city has a citizen–to-officer ratio of 1.98 per 1,000 people and a rate of 7.09 property crimes per 1,000 citizens.

It was also found that the safest city in Connecticut was Easton.  By comparison, it was found that Middletown ranked last on the list.
