Breakfast with Santa to Benefit Scout Project

Print More

Get into the Christmas spirit and help support a local cause. On December 22 from 8:30-11 a.m., Boy Scout Matthew Tini will be hosting a pancake breakfast at Father Ted Hall next to Sacred Heart Church on Mountain Road, and Santa is expected to be there as well.

Matthew is working toward his Eagle Scout rank in Troop 260 and is building a bike repair station at the trailhead of the Windsor Locks Canal Trail. The Knights of Columbus are helping support the pancake breakfast, and 100% of the profits will be put toward the cost of the repair station.

Enjoy pancakes, sausage, fruit, coffee, tea and juice – and perhaps a chat with Santa – while the Boy Scouts cook, serve and clean. The cost is $5 per person with a $25 maximum for families.
