Bielonko farmhands had tobacco stalks up to be hooked onto lath for transportation and hanging. Unlike some tobacco hauled quite a distance to an available shed, this tobacco was harvested from a field on Copper Hill Road next to the Cervione soccer fields and hung to cure in an old shed nearby at Ebbs Corner. Growers who watered have reported a good crop this year.
