Jeffrey Karam has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer at Windsor Federal, headquartered in Windsor.

Jeff joined Windsor Federal in October 2012 as SVP – Director of Operations, Technology & Security and was named Chief Information Officer in June 2019. Jeff participates in the Strategic Planning Counsel at COCC and has collaborated with solution providers to successfully implement future-forward technology.
With over thirty years of Information Technology experience within the financial services field, Jeff’s notable achievements include launching bill payment services capabilities, leading bank conversions, and managing e-commerce vendor relationships with contract negotiations and renewals. Jeff has a B.A. degree in Economics from Middlebury College, Middlebury, VT.
Jeff resides in Norwich with his wife, Lynn.
