Senior Center to Begin Gradual Opening!

Here we go! We are going to begin the gradual opening of the Senior Center this month—FINALLY. YAY! During this month; we will be open, by reservation, for activities.

Grab & Go lunches are now available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Due to social distancing, you must sign up the day before for the activities offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We ask that you consider others and limit yourself to one activity per week as everyone is anxious to come back, but we are limited with space. You will be required to wear a mask. We will take your temperature when you arrive, and we ask that you maintain six feet of distance between yourself and anyone else. The Library will be open by appointment only.

We will also be offering transportation to the grocery store. Again, due to social distancing, we are limited to the number of people we can take at one time.

It’s not back to “normal” yet, but we are headed in that direction and appreciate your patience while we maneuver these unprecedented times.

Starting Monday, April 5 we will start grocery-shopping trips to Enfield every day of the week. Pick up begins 8:30 a.m. You will have one hour at the store of your choice. Seats are limited. You must wear a mask and there is a three bag limit per person. Call 860-668-3844 with your reservation request at least 24 hours in advance. For Monday pick up, please call Friday morning. You will be COVID-19 prescreened the morning of your reservation.
