This small bridge on Ratley Road has been graced with lovely flowers each year for the past eight years. Julie Grano and her husband, Ray, are the originators and caretakers of these beautiful additions to the bridge. They do it because it makes them happy, and it obviously makes lots of others happy, too, as they have received many thanks over the years from people who enjoy its beauty.
