The Suffield Arts Council welcomes Belchertown artist Roger Duffy to the William Pinney Gallery of the Kent Memorial Library during the month of April. Duffy’s show is a collection of meticulously rendered artwork in pen and ink, several pieces of which have taken months to complete.

This award-winning artist, active in several local art groups, was inspired by illustrations in museums by Michaelangelo, Da Vinci, Rembrandt and Galileo, among others.

Entitled “Just Ink”, viewers will find dozens of illustrations, each with its own technique, style, and composition. We are pleased to be able to bring his work to Suffield for all to appreciate.

A “Meet The Artist” reception is scheduled in the gallery, on Saturday, April 16, from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. This event is open to the public.
