Regional Agriscience Hosts Ag Expo

The Suffield Agriscience Program will open its doors to the public for two days of fun-filled agriscience education. The Ag Expo will be held on April 6 (8 a.m.-8 p.m.) and 7 (8 a.m.-4 p.m.) at the Suffield Agriscience Large Animal Facility, 1060 Sheldon St. West Suffield. Students from the program will be showcasing all areas of agriculture from plant science and aquaculture to animal science and ag mechanics. Live demonstrations, animals, and informational displays from students will provide fun for all ages

During the school hours, the agriscience program will be hosting our younger students from PreK – grade 2 for guided tours of the exposition. The Ag Expo will be open to the public from 2 p.m.-8 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6 and from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. on April 7. For more information, please call the agriscience office at 860- 668-3817.
