Good drivers make good friends. Join the volunteer driver team at Nutmeg Senior Rides and help a friend you haven’t met yet with a ride to the doctor, work, the store, a friend’s house or to church.
Nutmeg Senior Rides is a private not-for-profit 501(c)3 and they need drivers in Suffield and surrounding towns to drive people over 50 who can no longer drive, get where they need to go.
Our service is door-to-door which meets the needs of many older people. Drivers can choose their rides online to fit their own schedule. Mileage is reimbursed roundtrip at a rate of forty cents a mile.
