Resilience Physical Therapy and Wellness has opened another location, located at 152 Mountain Road, Suffield.

Their team of doctors is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of patients through personalized and evidence-based rehabilitation programs. With a team of highly skilled and compassionate therapists, the company is committed to delivering the highest standard of care in a supportive and caring environment.

Their patients presently range from age 8 to 90. Along with Physical Therapy, their services include Orthopedic Sports Injury Rehabilitation, Post-surgical Recovery, Geriatric Physical Therapy, Golf Rehabilitation, Balance and Fall Prevention and much more.

They encourage people to access their website at https://resilienceptwellness.com and to look at their Google reviews. They are confident that the comments will substantiate the after results of the services provided.

Their grand opening was on August 4. If you were unable to attend, they are very community driven and look forward to meeting people and answering any questions by phone (860-785-4563) or in person.

Resilience has a great collaborative process for students. They have interns from Suffield Academy and Suffield High School as well as graduate students, providing exposure to different healthcare pathways.

The founder is Dr. Daniel Griffin PT, DPT, CCS, CF-L3, TPI. Dr Devon Dusseault PT, DPT will be the director of the Suffield office. Both doctors are Suffield residents.

Since 2009 you do not need a primary physician referral for physical therapy treatment. The doctors at Resilience will coordinate your treatment plans with your insurance company.

I’m reminded of a quote by an unknown author, “Healthy is an outfit that looks different on everybody.” With that in mind, stop by or call if you have questions about how to maintain or improve your active lifestyle.
