Hilltop Farm’s Oktoberfest chairman said that the joint Town of Suffield and FOFAH-sponsored event had sold 90 tickets out of 200 as of mid-August.
“The demand for tickets has been beyond our expectations,” said Joe Gervascio who promised a bigger and better event than last year.
“We’re adding a 40’ x 80’ tent with a wooden floor outside the barn for dancing and a sumptuous buffet with German beers inside the barn,” he said. “There’s something for everyone with two-tier pricing to accommodate attendees who enjoy beer and wine with their meal and those who prefer soft drinks.”
The Oct 7 event at Hilltop Farm runs from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. More details and ticket purchases are available on the Events menu of the Hilltop Farm website or by scanning the QR code with a smartphone or tablet.
Sponsorship opportunities are also available by phoning 719-580-3509 and asking for Jackie or emailing sponsor@hilltopfarm.org, according to Gervascio. “We’re offering lots of online and print advertising for generous sponsors,” he said.
