Aiming to enhance its investment in staff resources and ensure organizational growth, First Tee – Connecticut is pleased to announce new team members and the evolved roles of existing staff.

The moves highlight the growth and maturity of the organization not only in the Hartford Region, but throughout the entire state. According to CEO, Mark Moriarty, First Tee is embarking on an effort to expand its reach in lower Fairfield County, which has been part of its service area since 2017. In the last couple of years, First Tee has launched partnerships with the Stamford Public Schools, the Greenwich Boys & Girls Club, the Greenwich YMCA and Horizons at Brunswick Academy to create access and opportunity for young people engaged in these organizations.

One of the staff changes and updates at First Tee’s Cromwell headquarters includes Marsha Rupp (Suffield), as our new Vice President of Communications and Events.
