Hilltop Farm Store and Creamery operators Crystal and Jason Stemienkowicz are starting their third season.

According to operators Crystal and Jason Siemienkowicz, Hilltop Creamery will offer new sundaes, lots of weekend music and more charitable fundraisers this coming season.

The two plan on opening full-time in early April.

“We’ll continue to partner with Hastings Farm, using their milk in our milkshakes and selling their milk and yogurt,” said Crystal. “You can also expect more of Cupola Hollow’s popular fudge, jams, and pickles,” she added.

Jason said they’ll launch Specialized Sundaes with standard ingredients like Reese’s peanut butter cups while still letting you create your own.

Expect more Staff Sundaes created by Hilltop servers, which the couple said proved popular last season.

They plan to designate a portion of their proceeds on specified days to the Suffield Elementary PTO, World Autism Awareness Day and the Little League, as they did last year.

They plan to hold a second annual Riverside Reptiles Day, where kids can safely pet snakes and other reptiles, and a North Central Connecticut Chamber of Commerce networking event for family and friends. Currently, they are scheduling weekend musicians and singers.

“We’re looking forward to another successful season, and even if it rains, we have lids and to-go bags,” said Crystal.

See the Creamery’s Facebook and Instagram pages for a listing of events and operating hours. The creamery is located at Hilltop Farm, 1606 Mapleton Ave. in Suffield.
