Suffield Public Schools’ K-12 Art Team Leaders Tim Kurdle (left) joined Observer Chairman Jay Presser to present a $1,000 art award from The Suffield Observer to SHS senior Lilla Bishop. This award, in memory of Peggy MacKinnon, goes to a deserving senior who will be majoring in art as a college freshman. Lilla will be attending UConn in the fall with a studio art focus.
