What Can You Do at the KML Library?

Print More

Libraries aren’t just books anymore (although there are plenty of those!). Need to work on a computer or print something? Need some tech help? Looking for a program for your preschooler, elementary or middle-schooler? Want to join a book club or Fiber Friendly, learn something about travel or find a good book? Do you have a research question? Do you want to hear an interesting speaker? Do you want to try a new craft or keep up with the news? Do you want to borrow a museum pass? Do you want to see a movie? Do you want to hold a meeting or join a friend or two for a chat over coffee? Do you need a comfortable place to cool off or get warm? Are you homebound and need books delivered? Do you need a place to study or work? Do you need a private place for a job interview or study? (We have a Talk Box which provides privacy.) Do you want to enjoy local art in our gallery each month? Do you want to learn more about Suffield history or use Ancestry.com or do other historical research? Do you want to use digital resources like Libby, Hoopla or the Palace Project for audiobooks, music and magazines? Do you want to buy discounted books from the Friends bookshelves? The library has always been the place to find these things and more. And they’re free (except the Friends’ bookshelf) and available to all. Come take a look, follow us on Facebook, Instagram and our website and talk to our staff who are always ready to help.
