The West Suffield Village Improvement Association is happy to announce the receipt of a generous Zak grant through the Hartford Foundation which has been used to install air conditioning and heating at Academy Hall. Until now, we have relied on an old propane heater upstairs for heat and open windows to provide cool cross ventilation in summer. With the installation of wall mounted units run by heat pumps, renters will be much more comfortable.
Academy Hall, in West Suffield center, is open for rentals from April to December and provides the perfect place to host a party, large or small, anywhere from 40 to 100 people. Our rates are very reasonable, and we provide a full kitchen, tables and chairs and other amenities.
