“Hopefully, Oktoberfest partygoers have bought their tickets by now since they may no longer be available by the time this story is published,” said event manager Joe Gervascio.

Annually, Oktoberfest is the most popular event at Hilltop Farm.
“Tickets went on sale August 1, and if you’re one of the lucky ones, please remember to bring your printed QR-coded ticket or have the digital equivalent on your phone when you come on Oct 5th,” he noted. “You need your ticket to be admitted. To check if tickets are still available, go to hilltopfarmsuffield.org/events”
He said a buffet dinner would be served in the tent, but attendees could eat there or in the barn. Bavarian pretzels with mustard top the appetizer list, while the main course includes roasted chicken, smoked brisket, German bratwurst with sauerkraut and pierogies. Wine and beer will be served at two bars, one near the tent and one inside the barn. For dessert, you can choose from a variety of ice cream flavors, including apple pie, pumpkin, German chocolate and vanilla from the Hilltop Farm Creamery.
Gervascio said a photo booth will be set up in the barn for amusing and memorable picture-taking, along with games like Cornhole.
“We just want attendees to relax, mingle with friends, dance to the music of Organized Chaos in the tent and have a fun evening.”
He added that the Friends of the Farm at Hilltop were grateful for the community support. He made it a point to acknowledge Dirats Laboratories, Markowski Dental Associates, Blue Diamond Paving, M&T Bank, Crown Hair Collaborative, Windsor Federal Bank, Dave Berube – Ameriprise, Tartsinis LLC, Heritage Funeral Home and United Gear and Machine for their generous sponsorships.
