November is a wonderful transition month. We go from the brilliant colors of autumn to the somber muted tones of early winter with the chance of the first white dusting of snow.
Thanksgiving and Christmas are approaching.
We begin the month with our annual Christmas Fair, Saturday Nov.2 from 9 a.m. – 3 p.m. in Fr. Ted Hall. A wonderful opportunity to find handcrafted gift items for holiday gifting or a personal treat. Baked goods, entertainment, raffles and, if you’ve been good, a visit from Santa! Please be sure to stop by and check out the fun!
Our parish family will be busy not only giving thanks to God for the many blessings we received but also sharing those blessings through holiday food and gift collections for our neighbors in need. From the youngest children in our Religious Education to our more senior members, everyone is invited to pray for and assist in the success of these programs all throughout the year.
All of these will come together in a special Mass on Thanksgiving Day at 9 a.m.
