Per Brian Spyros, Public Information Officer for the Connecticut Airport Authority and Bradley International Airport, North/South Runway 624 opened on Saturday, November 8. It will close briefly for a few days after November 8, but will reopen again for good on Thursday, November 20. The runway has been closed since May of 2025 for milling, resurfacing and other equipment upgrades. This type of maintenance usually occurs every ten to fifteen years.
