This July, sisters Alexandra (14) and Aleesa (11) Strawinski will be headed to dance nationals at the Spirit of Dance National Competition in Cape Cod. The girls earned regional titles this year, with Alexandra being crowned Teen Miss Spirit of Dance and Aleesa being crowned Junior Miss Spirit of Dance. Their outstanding performances and dedication throughout the season have earned them the opportunity to compete against many talented young dancers.

Both girls have been dancing with the Dance Slipper Academy since they were just two years old. Over the years, they have developed their skills through countless hours of practice, performances and competitions. Their passion for dance, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence have helped them achieve success both on and off the stage. This would not have been possible without the years of help and training they have received from their amazing teachers Julianne Wendzel and Brenda Barna. The girls cannot wait to compete alongside their friends and teammates again this summer while creating lasting memories together.
