Suffield Agriscience FFA Holiday Sale

As the colder weather approaches, an exciting lineup of seasonal festivities are right around the corner. Mark your calendars! Our annual Suffield FFA Holiday Sale is running from December 2 – 5 in the Large Animal Facility located behind Suffield High School, with a wonderful opportunity to browse and shop for custom, handcrafted seasonal items including wreaths, holiday boxes, kissing balls and birch reindeer. The holiday shop hours are as follows: December 2 (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.), December 3 (8 a.m. – 8 p.m.), December 4 (8 a.m. – 6 p.m.), December 5 (9 a.m. – 1 p.m.). The highlight of the week will be our popular Make and Take Night on Wednesday, December 2 and Thursday, December 3 from 6 – 8 p.m. Participants will have the chance to craft and take home their very own custom holiday wreath, holiday boxes or kissing balls with the help of our students. To cap off the week, we will be selling our remaining inventory at the Suffield Winter Farmers Market held on Saturday, December 5 from 9 a.m. – 1 p.m. in the Large Animal Facility at Suffield High School.

In order to make these hands-on workshops and the Holiday Sale a success, we are collecting items in order to complete our mission. We are currently seeking donations of birch wood, fresh greens, pinecones and winter berries. Suffield FFA would greatly appreciate your help to create holiday memories for our community by donating any of these materials. Our flyer and ordering information will be located on the Suffield Agriscience website. Please contact our agriscience office at (860)668-3817 or email mmercik@suffield.org for more information or to place your order.
