Properly helmeted and with an abundance of guardians ahead, between, and behind, two young cyclists pass in front of Sacred Heart Church on their way from Bruce Park to McAlister Intermediate School. On Bike/Walk to School Day, May 27, the school was celebrating National Bike Safety Month and encouraging physical fitness and safe habits. Some of the adult riders are undoubtedly McAlister teachers and staff.
