Summer Reading for Teens and Kids

Whether you are a seasoned reader or like to be read to, Kent Memorial Library has a summer reading program for you. This year’s national theme is Build A Better World! Each week you read, you’ll earn a prize! The kids’ program is intended for age 3 to grade 4 and it starts June 17. Sign-up for the Summer Reading Program begins June 1st. (By the way – the books you read this summer can be counted for both the library as well as the Spaulding and McAlister summer reading programs. Woohoo!) Be sure to check our website for other events!

Grades 5-12, you start on June 17 also. Each week that you read, fill out a free raffle ticket. You’ll get a prize when you hand in your raffle ticket – then on the Friday of each week, we will pick winners for a bigger prize!

Summer reading programs are limited to Suffield residents and Suffield students.
