“Miss Wendy,” Kent Memorial Library’s children’s librarian, is trying to persuade 15-month-old Katerina Taylor to blow a soap bubble, but Katerina seems more interested in eating the bubble wand. The little multi-purpose room in the temporary library is crowded with mothers and toddlers on this April 21 “Baby Rhyme Time,“ a weekly Friday morning program feature at the library.
