We are very excited for, and appreciative of, the waves of support received from parent and student volunteers, SHS administration and contributing donors who all helped to make this year’s event a reality. At the time of publication, our SHS 2017 graduating seniors will have enjoyed a chartered bus to NYC to cruise aboard the Hornblower, taking in the sights of the Manhattan skyline and spending a final night together as a class. About half the class came together to enjoy a safe and substance-free evening of dinner, music, “casino” games, a green-screen photo station and raffle prizes – including a flat screen TV.
Parent volunteers for the Class of 2018 event are needed to keep this tradition going! Please contact us at SHSSafeParty@cox.net.
All funding is either raised through various fundraisers or graciously donated by members of our community. Stay tuned for upcoming bottle drives and other fundraisers.
