For a special tribute honoring those who serve our country, a new, dedicated group is inviting folks to come to Suffield High School on Veterans’ Day and share their concern about an American tragedy. Calling itself Willingness to Change 22, the group hopes to raise awareness of the struggles our veterans face. Sadly, an average of 22 veterans take their lives every day, suffering from emotional wounds.
On Saturday, November 11 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., there will be guest speakers, refreshments, music, and community as we come together to honor and support our veterans.
