Interact Club at SHS is a group that works closely with the Rotary Club, as well as fulfilling our mission to complete community service opportunities in Suffield as well as surrounding towns.
As a group we have participated in many service projects, such as, ringing the bells annually in the CVS plaza, volunteering at the 5k in Suffield, creating pillowcase dresses for an orphanage in Africa, working at a golf tournament, and participating in a river clean up, to name a few. We abide by the Rotary guidelines in all of our activities by asking ourselves: “Is it the TRUTH? Is it FAIR to all concerned? Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS? Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?”
As we work to better the surrounding community, Interact Club is a group of individuals who are specifically interested in volunteering for service above self.
