The Suffield Winter Farmer’s Market will be back for its fourth year, making local produce and craft items available for the holidays. The first Market will be the Saturday before Thanksgiving, November 18 at the Large Animal Facility (LAF) at Suffield High School, 1060 Sheldon Street in West Suffield. Shoppers and vendors can do business in a great area with easy access and parking. Markets dates are all on Saturdays, November 18, December 2, December 16, and February 10. The December 2 market will be in conjunction with the Agriscience Christmas sale in the Large Animal Facility (LAF) in the northeast corner of the high school grounds, and the February 10 market will have a Valentines theme and will also be in the LAF.

Market hours will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. and there are slots still available for vendors.

Let’s use local vegetables, fruit, eggs, honey, baked goods, jams, herbs, and craft items during the winter months, buying local and supporting our farmers!
