Brewery Rises

With a second pair of primary rafters suspended from a forklift crane, three steelworkers on two tall man lifts install another purlin beam over the high bay of the new Broad Brook Brewery on South Street. The framework was assembled in little more than one week just before Christmas. Proprietor Eric Mance says he hopes to open in the spring.
