Pre-schoolers can interact in the popular Family Fitness Fun class where mom, dad or caregiver can get fit with their child. There are still spaces available in the Body Makeover and Sculpt and Slim exercise classes that will keep you healthy and toned and begin in early April.
Calling all Cheerleaders! Children will learn the fundamentals of cheerleading in this fun afterschool class. The Babysitter Safety 101 class will be held during the April vacation, give your son or daughter the edge on other students when they are looking for a summer babysitting job! A new activity for families is the Family Fishing Fun program that will be hosted by DEEP. This two day class will be held in the classroom and teach everyone the proper techniques and all the ‘how to’s’ involved with fishing. The second day will be a field trip and hands on fishing adventure at Sunrise Park and let’s hope the big one doesn’t get away!
Spring time is a fantastic time to visit the Big Apple! Central Park is blooming with colorful flowers and the city is a bustling place to shop, visit museums, take in a Broadway show or simply explore! We have a bus trip heading to New York City on Saturday, May 5.
