The View We Don’t See

Viewed in July from the brow of Bell Hill, Suffield Academy’s rebuilt Memorial Building is indeed an impressive addition to the school’s campus. The unchanged appearance of the intact old façade, viewed from High Street, doesn’t show the expanded classroom space, with some dorm rooms on the top floor, all built in a style nicely compatible with the old and consistent with newer neighbors. The building was to be available for use at the start of the new school year.
