The early evening sun reflects off these Bridge Street utility wires to make a surprising photo. Thick, competitive cables for TV and Internet have doubled the number of wires decorating our roadsides. And sometimes the swags are low enough to snag an innocent truck driver. Lucky are they who live with buried cables.
